History
The company started off primarily as a real estate brokerage firm. However, it quickly steered to property management since the owner, Daniel Zuniga, had a vast experience in property management he had gained from his previous employer, Killam Development, Ltd. Killam paved the way for Daniel to become interested in pursuing the management side of real estate. He learned quickly that he had a knack for solving real estate management problems and would often find challenging himself with the task of finding the right answer to property management problems that would arise.
