With over 14 years of experience in real estate brokerage and property management, Daniel has learned to provide excellent customer service to residential, commercial, and industrial management. He has managed HOA’s, Industrial Warehouses, Multi-Family units, Industrial Parks, and Commercial centers. Additionally, he has serviced buyers and sellers in every market to include raw land, commercial, residential and industrial clients.
Daniel holds a bachelor of business administration from the University of Texas, San Antonio, and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas.
Daniel is an active member of the Laredo Board of Realtors (LAR) and was on the board of directors for the LAR, in 2020. He was also the President of the Laredo Builders Association, in 2012. From 2008-2015, he was a member of the Logistics & Manufacturing (LMA) as well as the Laredo Development Foundation (LDF).
Daisy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and provides customer service to homeowners and clients. Daisy also maintains financial reporting, cash management, and bookkeeping for the entire HOA portfolio. She has over 3 years of experience in the administration and accounting field. Additional duties include collection reports, office administration, and resolving daily office calls.
Daisy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Texas A & M International University, Laredo, TX, and has volunteered in VITA Laredo.
With over 40 years of experience in the Real Estate, Development, and Construction Industry, Hector has become very knowledgeable in the Industry. Hector participated in the development in the Rancho Viejo Subdivision in the ’80s as well as in the Cheyenne Subdivision in the city of Laredo. He was also involved in a Partnership that Built several small commercial buildings, warehouses, and residential homes thru the ’90s. Additionally, he has earned a Realtor’s License and obtained a GRI certification which has added to his experience in the sales field of commercial, residential, and raw land transactions.
Hector holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&I- Kingsville, now known as
Texas A & M-Kingsville, located in Kingsville, Texas.
Upon graduating from the University, Hector Joined the United States Air Force and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in 1972. After his Honorable Discharge in 1974, he started working in the Family Import-Export Business and became the General Manager and Executive Director until his departure in
1996. From there he continued working in the same field as Sole Proprietor of Zuniga International Services until 2005 when he and Daniel went into the Construction Business. He has now dedicated his
Entire-time to the Real Estate and Property Management Fields.
